Alejandro Javaloyas

Alejandro Javaloyas is a Spain-based artist whose paintings have been exhibited in France, Germany, and the United States. He describes his practice as an exploration of the tension between freedom and disproportionate control, and the transformative journey that unfolds in between. His vivid abstractions are primarily created using mixed media, acrylics, and pastels on paper. Alongside his physical practice, Javaloyas is also a digital artist, working with post-abstraction and ultra-photography, producing digital paintings that incorporate glitch effects and artificial intelligence.
