Anna Beller

Coming from an artistic and architectural background, Anna Beller is an experimental painter based in Germany. She specializes in large-format paintings, employing the soak-and-stain technique on unprimed canvas. Her work explores colour relationships and their transparencies: highly thinned pigments penetrate the unprimed canvas, producing organic shapes and dynamic movement, while overlapping colours generate unique forms and an intuitive sense of depth. In addition to her paintings, she has created 11 collections of predominantly digital graphic artworks on Objkt (Tezos).
