Tim Romanowsky

Tim Romanowsky is a German visual artist, illustrator, and 2D animator. He has been publishing zines and prints since 2015 and teaching drawing and animation at an academic level since 2017, making him a highly prolific artist. His practice explores new shapes and compositions through both digital and physical processes.

Whether painting or drawing, Romanowsky blurs the line between abstraction and figuration. By working with abstract, textured shapes and structures, he assembles them to develop a distinct visual language. His works and films have been shown in numerous international exhibitions and screenings. Active in the NFT space for several years, his works are available on Exchange, Teia, Objkt, and Foundation.
